1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation

To access gaming features on lototo, you must create a personal Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, and preferred currency. You may only register one Account per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited.

4.2 KYC Verification

Upon registration or before your first withdrawal, you must complete our KYC verification process by submitting the following documents:

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your Account using the payment methods available on the lototo platform, including Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be refunded minus processing fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your Account Balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification, wagering requirements, and our standard security checks. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by our finance team. 5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, we may require you to wager deposited funds at least once before withdrawal. 6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Account Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds in your Balance. Accounts with zero balance will be closed immediately. Accounts with active bonuses or pending wagering requirements may require forfeiture of bonus funds before closure.

10.2 Termination by lototo

10.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Service. We will refund any remaining Balance in your Account to your verified payment method, minus any amounts owed to lototo, after deducting applicable fees and resolving any pending claims or disputes. Terminated users may not re-register or create new accounts without our express written permission.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
